[WIP] [Discussion] Separate tags and notebooks #76

This PR aims to separate tags and notebooks as suggested in #61

For now, it only moves tags and notebooks to the sidemenu : 2019-03-09_13-00-04 (sorry for french, language settings seems buggy and I can't change it to english, I'll try to fix it soon)

Would it be better to remove the 'Notebooks & tags' entirely ? Would you prefer something like 3 tags/notebooks then a "Show more" button to show all (maybe in a new page) or make Notebooks and Tags title act like a dropdown menu, a little bit like this dropdown menu example

Any suggestion is welcome 😺

I do like the way you separated them!

I think having 5 notebooks and 5 tags, and then having a dropdown to see more would be nice. And give the possibility to re-order them to choose which are the 5 you want to access directly.

Nice idea ! This way the setting 'Notebooks in drawer' could be set to 0 if the user wants to have only dropdown

I like this new look. Unrelated to this (I tested pre-merge) the edit/delete dropdown arrows in the Notebook and Tags section does not work. I'm having a look and I'll log a bug if I can't just knock it out. Maks-s beat me to it.
