Theme colors? #78

Inspired by conversation at https://github.com/encryptic-team/encryptic-website/pull/6, I'm opening up the floor for comment on overall theme colors.

What does everyone think of the current colors? I'm mostly referring to the blue/white combination that we use on the splash screen as well as the encryptic landing page? I went with blue over the Laverna greenish (I think? Full disclosure: significantly colorblind) because it's a significantly different color, it's high contrast, and I can actually see it.

However, I have had the primary color described to me as "sleep-cycle destroying blue", and that's a relatable and compelling reason for considering change. I think it would only require css changes as all the branding assets we have in use have transparent backgrounds at this point, so it should be fairly easy (famous last words) to update.

As consequence of any changes here is that I'd also like to update the default theme button color and selected item highlight color to match this new color as well.

Dark theme is mostly working and preferable. However if you use a code segment inline (like I did here) you can hardly tell the difference in the rendered text. In the other theme, I see the letters are in red and have a grey box around them. Ideally in dark theme, we would see a nice gray background for code segments. Just a suggestion!
