Official Docker image #96

It would be nice to have an official Docker image available on Docker hub.

PS: Thank you for forking Laverna :raised_hands: PS: this was formerly issue #285

I'm not a docker expert, but that's something I've been meaning to learn. I've got bugfixes that are higher priority, but I'm willing to consider this for the future.
