Allele frequencies of the plaintext #2

Hello,

My group member and I are interested in the HEGP challenge. But we cannot find the allele frequencies of the plaintext that you mentioned on the website. That will help in defining expected modes. We appreciate it if you could provide that information.

Hi @xinjinaa111, good point, must have slipped in the original uploads. Let me fix it this weekend. Do you mind sharing your approach as you go along? You can do it on this issue tracker.

Sorry about the delay. I think we can just provide the frequencies as a plain text addendum. So we don't have to change the MD5SUM of the other files.
