CUDA 11.0 compatibility #7

Hi, I have problem running Phantom-FHE with CUDA 11.0, but successfully built with CUDA$\geq$12. Do you have similar issue with CUDA 11?

Need more information to address this issue. If anyone with CUDA 11.0 or V100 encounters errors, please share the console output with us.
