Add `project_urls` adding additional links to PyPI. #53

Thanks! It might be a while before the next release though, so this won't show up on PyPI soon.

No problem. I have already installed an own-built package. In fact I am just determining the mapping package name -> git repo for my new package manager (that doesn't rely on PyPI, but instead relies on GitHub) for the packages I use. The script usually works if any GitHub URL is present in metadata, but when it is not, I add it to solve the problem finally. Even if it doesn't land immediately, I guess it will land somewhen.

And, BTW, I guess it should be not a problem to make a new release by just upgrading the least significant version component.
