Create Docusaurus user documentation #1

@jefbrown Hi Jeff, here is a first version of the user documentation for using the API:

https://encypher-studio.github.io/newsware_clients_documentation/

It describes the current capabilities of the typescript client, when more features are added I will continue updating the documentation.
