Tweaks and fixes for beta #17

With these additions, the app should be ready for beta.

This PR fixes #13, fixes #10, and fixes #11

phone button with empty text (#13)
- Now, we skip adding the phone button if phone number is missing
Fix changing fragments clearing filter (#10)
Fix disappearing navigation arrow (#11)

This PR resolves #8

Adds info window to map that changes to Details screen on click
Refresh on swipe functionality for list (#8)
Error message on network error
Better file organization for code
