[packagechooser.conf] Update KDE package list #21

Some minor changes to the KDE package list

Removed audiocd-kio since very few people would need that
Added kgamma5 because otherwise gamma controls are missing
Added kdeplasma-addons as it frequently requested and confusing to people that it is missing
Replaced vlc with haruna - https://haruna.kde.org/
Removed solid since it will come in as a dependency even you deselect it

mpv isn't very user friendly. It is awkward to use if you don't know the keybindings and it has UI elements that overlay the image at times. I don't think it is the ideal choice for our KDE users by default.

Haruna is a lightweight player from the kde project that wraps mpv and provides a simple but modern UI for mpv.
