add nvidia-open as an option #23

I don't think it is possible to add nvidia-open as an option via netinstall.

There is too much other tooling around gpu drivers. It would be a bigger and more complicated change.

I also think it is too soon for adding this to the installer. The open source nvidia stack is currently in a state of flux. We already offer both proprietary and open source nouveau options. I think adding more would just confuse people and end up in failed installs.

For someone who has supported hardware and is knowledgeable about nvidia-open, it is easy enough to switch to it after install.

Ok. I suppose one day nvidia-open could and arguably should replace nvidia-dkms, but perhaps it's reasonable to wait a bit longer.
