Renamed keyboard-switch script to keyboard-layout. #50

Initially introduced in https://github.com/endeavouros-team/endeavouros-i3wm-setup/commit/13b6447cbbed28bd85a3fd34e40cbcceb077ae20, this script seems to have been misnamed. Here is the i3 block referring to it:

It's important to note that this script relies on xkblayout-state from AUR and I don't know how its installation to this PR.
