Disabled Mainboard Fan #8

FYI, Firmware_E400XL_BTT_E3_MINI2_0 disables the mainboard fan. The part cooling fan continues to work but the mainboard fan does not. To be sure, I re-flashed with a stock SKR Mini E3 V2 firmware and also compiled one based on the latest Marlin Bugfix, and both fans worked.
