Merge docker-zabbix-server and docker-zabbix-web repositories #1

To make it easy to follow updates in zabbix and database adapters, merge docker-zabbix-server and docker-zabbix-web repositories into a single docker-zabbix repository managing the differente zabbix services like (server, web, proxy, java-gateway, ...) in individual Dockerfiles and images.

Could use git submodules and create a main project to put the pieces together in a docker-compose.yml file.
