Timesheet Enhancement - Notification of unlocked timesheets in past pay periods #52

Scrolling through the timesheets page, I found an unlock timesheet from 9/1 and realized this is easy to miss. Is it possible to either notify me of the number of unlocked timesheets by highlighting the row so it's easier to spot? And/or have a notification at the top of the page with the number of unlocked sheets?

or push all unlocked timesheets above the locked ones.
