Add option to extend the colours instead of replacing them #7

I want to use the default theme colours alonside with radix colours.

I have tried to extend the theme manually, but those colours are also replaced, so I can't even add a custom ones (or I don't know how to do it).

I do this intentionally, it helps keep colors on-palette in larger projects. I can add a toggle if you think it would be useful.

I know it's intentionally, but, for example, many people need a brand colour and the would have no way to add it to their theme.

So yes, I think a toggle would be useful.
