PyPI name #2

Hello @josiahcarlson, I've been working on a project in Python which I'm considering calling pype. If I understand right, you own that name on PyPI (https://pypi.org/project/PyPE/). I'm wondering if you're using the PyPI slot, and if you'd be willing to open it up? Thanks very much!

  1. Deleting / removing the project would break an unknown number of links and references across projects that I don't have access to modify / change.
  2. Deleting / removing projects is a known method to attack 3rd parties through code replacement.
  3. My editor is known to be used by at least one US government agency.
  4. Given 2 and 3, I can't delete the project without necessarily opening up the US government to potential attack.
  5. I'm a citizen of the US, and keeping the name is in the best interests of me and everyone else in the US.
