Wont start webcam #142

What happened?

I am trying to get the plugin in to work. I installed this plugin in from April, and updated it to the newest version, including the new license that expires on 12/28. I have not changed any of the blueprints from the original installation.

Since updating the plugins, I have the ability to choose a webcam, but it wont start capture no matter what. I've tried changing the device ID to 1 within the BP but it still doesnt work

it's the same. Must delete content folder bug
