Test results for multiple test projects are missing #18

Where a Visusal Studio solution contains multiple test projects, only the results from the last project processed by dotnet testare available due to the results file being overwritten, as flaged by the following warning messages:

 WARNING: Overwriting results file: /home/runner/work/<some-path>/test-results.trx
