Stability fixes and new menu options #17

I'll update this post to provide a better summary:

Bug fixes

nullptr dereferences if opening a new map and clicking
Changing a system name with keyboard confirmation could double-execute, and could result in modifying a deleted object
end() dereferencing

Features

Prompt for unsaved changes
"Recenter" option on the menu
"Create System" menu
"Save" and "Save As" functionality

Other

Fewer horizontal scrollbars
Fewer vertical scrollbars
Fleets & minables display is now cleared if the selected system is deleted
view updates after changing selections (including updating the government color if coloring by government)
