Drop the OS name column #112

This PR removes the name column from the os_version table. This value is ulesess as it always is "Endless".

This is a draft because:

~it includes (and should be merged after) #111~ (merged),
~it includes an Alembic migration and thus has to be adjusted when #109 is merged~ (changed).
