In the dev environment, we found some (up to now) undocumented events.
Turns out those are created by the smoke tests of some client libraries.
This adds them to the ignore list, so they never end up polluting the database.
As some of them are aggregate events, this also implements ignoring them, whether they are entering Azafea or being replayed.
