PyPI support #20

What do you think about putting this package on PyPi? pip install difflint sure would be handy. It shouldn't be a ton of work either.

I came across this example setup.py which makes PyPI support a breeze...

I more meant "should we do this?". I've actually worked with PyPI recently on a different open source project.

I'm for it. I would like to use it in my CI setup for GJS so it would be handy to publish it that way.
