Reveal device tab through cheat code: requires a login on Windows #116

Previously we have implemented cheatcode feature that allowing us to enter to the Kolibri for managing the content. For example of entering the cheatcode in an android platform: Screenshot 2023-05-31 16 39 59

However, it will requires a login in an Windows system:

Note: It can be logged in with a set of credential.

As of a discussion with @erikos : so a normal user would not be able to use that, which is fine, the feature would be only needed in theory for a pilot or similar (e.g. India, Edique)
