Sign Endless Key USB image's binary failed #163

After #161, the signing of Endless Key USB image's binary becomes failed:

Exception: The input artifact path 'D:\a\endless-key-app\endless-key-app\kolibri-windows\Kolibri\Kolibri.exe' does not exist

Error: Process completed with exit code 1.

Because, kolibri-windows\Kolibri\Kolibri.exe is gone.

I think we do not build Endless Key USB image anymore. But, it is good to keep the CI available. Please correct me, if my understanding is wrong.
