Let upgraded Endless Key use system language #168

The commit 5057f5fdc939 ("Set device to use system language") enables new installed Endless Key use system language, but Endless Key from upgrading does not.

Take the effort from kolibri-installer-android's commit ("Set device to use system language") 1 for the upgrading Endless Key.
