Use the same image for the splash and the app's background #257

In https://github.com/endlessm/eos-shell/issues/2010 we are looking at several applications where the transition between the splash screen and the application is not smooth.

When eos-photos is launched, the Shell uses the splash image /usr/share/EndlessOS/splash/photos-splash.jpg, which has a size of 1920x1080. However, the background of the application is set to background_splash.jpg, with a size of 1366x850. In this case, the different size and aspect ratio causes the problem.
