i18n: Update EN JSON files #839

Presumably this is just the result of running yarn run i18n-download-translations, or did you do some manual changes as well? It would be useful (for future reference) to mention that in the commit message.

Good point. Updated. Yes, but I only commited the English JSON files. Because 1. Spanish JSON were regressed 2. the many django.po files had only the timestamp changed 3. the kolibri_explore_plugin/assets/src/vue-intl-locale-data.js had appended a duplicate line for es.js.

I guess we can merge this sole commit first, then continue updating the Spanish files.
