This section of the manual needs to be updated as it currently suggests communicating with MadGoat. This company is now defunct and these details should point to Endless Software Solutions. Not only that, but this is a supported product and details of the software support agreement should be logged appropriately.

This information has been updated in the NETLIB documentation
