Does this product have LTS versions? What are the intervals between each LTS version?

NO - although VC++ 14.x is supported ongoing.

Additional context

For versions older than 14.x the VC++ redistributable EOL date is the same as the EOL date for the major version of Visual Studio associated with it. eg. Support for Visual Studio 2013 ends on 09 Apr 2024 and on that date the VC++ 12.0 redistributable will also go EOL. From Visual Studio 2015 onwards all versions of 14.x are supported but may not be compatible if you use an incremental 14.x redistributable that is older than the version of Visual Studio used to write the code.
