[ubuntu] Fix 24.04 #5055

The release is missing it's LTS status, and dates are wrong.

EOL never can be newer than any kind of { even paid one } support date so eol should be April 2034

Ubuntu changed a lot of their vocabulary, so I've filed #5078 against this branch.
