update Red Hat Satellite product releases #5090

Hello community, this PR adds release dates for the Red Hat Satellite product. It is used to enable patch and lifecycle management for bigger environments such as a datacenter or cloud setups. I added release information from https://access.redhat.com/articles/1365633 and https://access.redhat.com/support/policy/updates/satellite/.

Hi @stdevel, thanks for this contribution but Red Hat Satellite is already documented on https://endoflife.date/redhat-satellite. Maybe 6.0 to 6.8 releases can be moved to this page ?
