Support product bulk-upgrade in latest.py #281

This was previously possible using https://github.com/endoflife-date/endoflife.date/blob/68bfaa0023d1f6e809506730d30ba8667a75d304/_auto/bulk-update.py. This change removes the need of such script, while reusing existing code to perform the upgrade.
