[nvidiadriver] Automation #368

In NVIDIA docs I just found an endpoint for possible automation for NVIDIA Driver:

https://docs.nvidia.com/datacenter/tesla/drivers/index.html#cuda-drivers

The release information can be scraped by automation tools (for example jq) by parsing the release information: releases.json.
