Add support for Donkey's Biome Extractor

I've tested this myself and it seems to be working, I am going to push it to master :D

This is causing failures, I think it may be because the extractor isn't closing fast enough because it's basically a headless minecraft client.

So this should be fixed. The workaround is to work on a copy of the world directory.
