I'm not sure. I don't think there's anything in the Documentation repo about assert/console/Error system. So if it's a case of "it's not needed because it's changed to something else", yes it can be closed. If it still should be documented in the Documentation repo, I should open/modify an issue for it over there.

No, we have no user docs for these subsystems.
