This creates a reactive terminal window that displays your pet store contents in a navigable table.

This leaves as an exercise for the future:

inbox / chat (with adopt, resolve, reject, dismiss commands)
workers (with event loop latency sparklines)
chat line (chat with pet name dropdowns when typing @)
eval line (with pet name dropdowns for endowments)
runlet output (terminal confined!)
