Signal-to-noise or dynamic range measurement #2

Same guts as THDN function, except the numerator is the maximum possible signal, not the amplitude of the fundamental.

Research definitions of SNR and DNR and put the definition you use in the readme. One is with -60 dBFS sine wave notched out, etc.
