add button to create PR to the library to migrate it to the latest version #14

Where do we want to put this button ??

IMHO firstly we must create an issue, and after if the maintainer is confident with this issue we can create a PR based on that Issue example

Hello @NsdHSO Yeah that's a good idea.

Regarding where to put the button, I was thinking to update the logic for the support false flag and we put a button to the right of the ❌ icon, and it would be great that after opening an issue, we show a link to that issue in the table.

What do you think?
