No default variables for prediction/residuals in lag model

The new interface no longer suggests default variable names when checking the 
save to table box in the regression. Also, when a variable name as new variable 
is specified for one of the items, that is used as the default name for all. 
This needs to be fixed, because it would give the same variable name to 
predicted values and residuals. I suggest going back to the old system with the 
suggested variable names (that can be edited).

I haven't checked yet whether this is for all the predicted values, but it is a 
problem for lag for sure.

Issue 106 is closely related to this issue.  There is a problem with default 
variable names and space-time variable saving.  Work to fix this is underway.
