Export points-from-table data crashes #160

when I create a point file (Tools > Shape > Points from table) and then try to
export it, I accept the suggested variable changes, but upon pressing OK,
GeoDa crashes. This does not happen in 1.7.27 (I checked), so it may be
related to the new scrolling dialog.

This bug is caused by a logic error of suggesting proper variable names (when 
duplicate or invalid name detected in table).  

The fix has been applied in versions >= 1.7.31
