PCL-compliance #2

This is a great looking C# wrapper for the Harvest API, and I am interested in using it for a mobile project. I used the http://scan.xamarin.com/ tool to get this report on the DLL: http://scan.xamarin.com/Home/Report?scanId=dcb54237-f0b7-44fa-b1a7-bc5655065189. It looks like it's mostly reflection and System.Net.Http related libraries that may not be PCL-compliant. Are you interested in a PCL-compliant branch or would you prefer I fork it?

I'd be cool with a PCL compliant branch so I'd be open to pull requests since I might not get a round to creating one right now.
