RTP Play for IOS compared to RTP Play Kodi #13

The IOS version have a 1080 apperance and KODI version of RTP Play doesnt have 1080. I can notice that it is somewhat 480i on 50 inches Sont TV. Is there a way you can make it 1080/720 just like Apple iOS RTP Play app ? Thanks.
