Nothing but a black screen when loaded up on DragonBox #26

I am a total noob to this shit so bear with me.

Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times, and I have also given it a hard reset (wiped the whole thing). Under "Appearance" there is an option for 3 stock screensavers and then a "Get more.." option. I select this and then go to the apple tv one. It downloads just fine and I can see it in my file manager. However when I select "Preview" it loads to a black screen. Any troubleshooting advice? Sorry if this isn't the correct place for this but I don't see a messaging option.

Version and OS? Can you provide a debug log?

Its technically on Android 5.1, I am trying to get a debug log uploaded to my email but I'm still trying to figure out how. Again, total noob.

Edit: I Am trying to run Kodi Log Uploader to my email address but the im getting "Kodi Log Uploader Error: Check log for more information"

Okay now I have a new problem, I literally cannot get this thing to upload a log to save my life. I have tried like 3 different uploaderers and i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling all 3. If you have any ideas I would really appreciate it

What is the Kodi version?

I believe its the latest because everything on this "Dragonbox" is self updating. I have a version check add-on but I am unable to figure out how to run it. On "Add-on information" i am given all the usual options, configure, update, auto update, run, uninstall, disable, and changelog. However, "run" is in grey. Also, for some reason your wonderful screensaver is working so thats good. However i'm still having issues with this log uploader. I even plugged in a different "Dragonbox" because I have a few that i'm selling and the other one failed to upload as well.

The version check addon is a service addon, it is something Kodi starts and not the user. The purpose is to display a dialog if a new kodi version is up. Since the problem is misteriously solved can I close the issue?

Please do! I am very pleased with the screensaver btw, great job. I would really appreciate some help getting the log to upload though if you have some spare time. Shoot me an email jschnetz@udel.edu Even if you don't thank you for the quick response

edit: Well shit fuck. I can get it to preview just fine but when the screensaver starts automatically it shows the black screen again. Ill work on getting the log

Please use the log uploader in the oficial repository...it pasts to ubuntu logs. Hence quite stable. It is just a question of opening the addon, it will display a qrcode with the link of the upload
