X11: Windows created on the same monitor #92

set_monitorseems to have no effect under X11.

Fixed by #88. set_monitor was a gtk_layer_shell function and someone at gtk was nasty and removed fullscreen_on_monitor functionality.

Fix does not work with gtk-rs version 0.8.0

We are back on 0.7.x for now…
