Energia Fails to Build #1013

OS name and version: `Windows 8.1 Professional' using cygwin environment

Build fails within seconds of starting to build

Please so the repo here: https://github.com/robertinant/EnergiaNG I have not gotten around to switch it out with this one. Build with ant -buildfile build-energia.xml
