Using Energia In Turkish Windows OS #218

Hello

when using Energia, in Turkish language OS it does not work due to the capitalization of the file path. In Turkish there is a capital "i". So when running a file it tries to call ..\HARDWARE\TOOLS\MSP430\BİN\msp430-g++ and fails because of the "bin" directory. When I change the system language it works without problem. It cause some problem for me to change the system language because of the other installed Turkish software.

Please provide some details:

Which version of Windows are you using?
Does this issue also arise with the Arduino IDE?

No, Arduino IDE is working without any problem. And I am using Windows 8 Pro, 64 bit OS.
