Boards Naming Convention #260

Energia uses the following names, with TI's official ones in regards

LaunchPad = MSP430 LaunchPad
FraunchPad = MSP-EXP430FR5739 Experimenter Board not a LaunchPad
StellarPad = Stellaris® LM4F120 LaunchPad Low-Cost Evaluation Kit replaced
TivaPad (sounds better than TivaLaunchPad) = Tiva™ C Series TM4C123G LaunchPad
