Use Boards Official Names #276

change the the names of the boards to match the official names:

keep LaunchPad with MSP430G2xxx
replace StellarPad by LaunchPad Stellaris with LM4F120H5QR
replace TivaPad by LaunchPad Tiva C with TM4C1233H6PM
replace FraunchPad by Experimeter Board with MSP430FR5739
replace FattyPad by LaunchPad with MSP430F5529

I agree with the FraunchPad & FattyPad, but I think that StellarPad and TivaPad provide adequate clarity (they are just too obvious for anyone to mistake), and they sound much better than their "official" product names alongside MCU SKUs.
