USB OTG support for Tiva #477

Hey i was checking some stuff on my Tivas and saw the OTG feature, can it be done on energia?

Sadly, no, not at this time- what's standing in the way is that TivaWare's USB library was released in a non-open source friendly license and as such cannot be shipped with Energia.

Now, you can sign in, download and install the library, and use it within Energia.

As @spirilis mentions, the license is such that the library is not usable in Energia. Until this license changes we will not be able to use it in Energia.

And what about the license for the usb msp ?
