Add Grove Starter Kit libraries to default library list #530

To enable a better user experience for those using the Grove Starter Kit from Seeed Studio, let's add in the required libraries for the Grove modules that are shipped in the kit.

Grove-Ultrasonic Range Finder Grove-DHT22 Temp/Humidity Sensor Grove-4-digit-display

Please specify which LaunchPads are compatible, to avoid any hardware conflict, e.g. analog inputs < 1.5V or I²C port with different pins.
